Currently CFO and Founding Director of Hemspan Ltd, a construction technology business developing bio-based, circular systems.

Previously strategic leadership roles at R/GA and AKQA working with global innovation leaders including Nike and major venture-backed technology companies. Andy Cutbill brings deep expertise in translating visionary thinking into market-ready strategies that attract sophisticated investment while maintaining commitment to beneficial outcomes. His extensive experience includes guiding businesses that create positive societal impact through innovation and strategic positioning.
