Subsequently worked for Deutsche Bank, HSBC and UBS with global capital market and strategic advisory remit across energy & utilities sector. Global head of oil & gas at HSBC. Left investment banking in 2013, served as CFO of various private and listed international exploration companies. Studied Sustainable Finance at Cambridge Institute of Sustainable Leadership in 2021. Currently CFO and Founding Director of Hemspan Ltd, a construction technology business developing bio-based, circular systems.

Strategic Innovation and Consultancy Specialist. Founder and CEO of Cutbill Jacoby, a Mayfair-based consultancy specializing in strategic communications, reputation management, and thought leadership. Over 30 years advising founders, CEOs, and management boards on breakthrough strategy and market positioning. Senior strategic innovation roles at What If Innovation Partners and Albion Innovation Agency, guiding fast-growth startups and corporates on transformative business development. Previously strategic leadership roles at R/GA and AKQA working with global innovation leaders including Nike and major venture-backed technology companies. Andy Cutbill brings deep expertise in translating visionary thinking into market-ready strategies that attract sophisticated investment while maintaining commitment to beneficial outcomes. His extensive experience includes guiding businesses that create positive societal impact through innovation and strategic positioning.

25 years' experience in technology, marketing and innovation consultancy. Started out in advertising agencies (WPP and Omnicom) developing innovative strategy and creative ideas to transform commercial outcomes for the C-Suite of multiple clients. Subsequently hired by Google to set up and successfully lead their creative solutions unit in the UK. Ant chaired Google's EMEA creative forum and was recruited to the global creative steerco board to help drive innovation and service design across the franchised org. Now working within Google Cloud as a Principle Consultant focussed on GenAI and MarTech. A role  which, along with studying for a Masters (Artificial Intelligence & Commerce at the University of Oxford's Saïd Business School), constantly exposes Ant to incredible human ingenuity, fuelled by visionary entrepreneurs seeking to change the world.
